How To Use An Electric Longboard

A popular question many first time buyers of electric longboards have is how do you use one. If you have a similar question to that then you will be surprised at how simple the answer is. If you are familiar with skateboarding in general then you will have nothing to worry about. If this is your first time on any type of skateboard then you will have to nail the basics first. Practice makes perfect! After you get comfortable on 4 wheels without a motor, it is time to jump on the more advanced electric longboard. Find a flat surface with plenty of room and no obstructions and balance on the board comfortably. If you purchased a more advanced model with variable speeds then start at the lowest level. Slowly push down the button to accelerate the board, go a short distance then let off the acceleration button to apply the brakes. Keep practicing this in a straight line until you feel comfortable. Begin to work some large sweeping turns and soon enough you will be confident and comfortable enough to carve up the neighborhood.
